McGarrah Drums! is a percussion ensemble 5th grade students. These students are selected to become members of the ensemble and, like the choir, rehearse once per week. Students in this ensemble learn basic percussion techniques, how to further read music notation, and rhythms from all around the world. Once ready, students perform alongside the Wildcat Singers, our most recent performance being the 2019 Black History Program. As members of this ensemble, students are expected to not only uphold the performance standards of the group but the high moral character expected by all students in the school.
